SHIPPING
Shipping Times:
Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. We confirm a dispatch estimate in writing with your order rather than promise a turnaround we do not control. Larger and wholesale orders can take longer, and we will tell you if that applies to yours.
Shipping Methods:
Orders ship via USPS or UPS. We confirm the carrier and the services available to you when we confirm your order.
Shipping Locations & times:
We currently ship within the United States. Transit time varies with destination and service, commonly 2-5 business days from the date the parcel is dispatched.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is charged on the size and weight of the parcel and the service used. Online checkout is not open yet: we confirm the full total, shipping included, in writing before anything is charged.
RETURNS
Guarantee:
Our stock comes from established suppliers and reaches you as they supply it. Natural pieces vary — stones, carvings and hand-poured candles are never identical, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If an order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
If you change your mind and would like to return a product we accept returns of unopened products within 15 days of your purchase.
Here is how a return is done:
- Email info@satincradle.com with your return request with the following information:
- Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
- Order Number
- Item Purchased
- Reason for Return
- We will reply with a return address and instructions. Send the item back with your original receipt and a note giving the reason for the return.
- Once we receive your return we will process it and refund the cost of the product, or products to your original method of payment (please note we do not refund shipping costs).
